Breathe, Smile, Breathe focuses on skills you can explore and practise over time. Experiences will differ; the program does not promise a particular result.
Notice what is happening
Build a vocabulary for emotions and begin to recognise the situations, thoughts and physical sensations that accompany them. Noticing is a starting point for reflection, rather than a judgement about what you should feel.
Understand what matters to you
Explore personal strengths, values and identity. These reflections can help you consider the choices and relationships you want to give attention to.
Make room for a response
Explore grounding and pause practices, then reflect on which approaches feel appropriate for you. The emphasis is on learning about your own responses, not eliminating difficult feelings.
Strengthen everyday connections
Consider the people and communities that matter to you, the support you value and ways you might participate. Connection looks different for everyone.
Find a manageable next step
Translate reflection into intentions and everyday wellbeing rhythms. A useful next step can be small, personal and open to change.
Learning aims, not promised outcomes
These are learning aims, not evidence of clinical treatment effects. The program is non-clinical education and can sit alongside appropriate professional support.
