FINDING YOUR STARTING POINT

Wellbeing skills for everyday life.

Breathe, Smile, Breathe is designed for people who want to understand themselves more clearly, explore everyday wellbeing practices and strengthen their connection with others.

Adults in community

Work, family, relationships and change can leave little space to pause. The program offers a structured way to reflect on what matters to you, notice emotional patterns and explore practices that fit your daily life.

Young people aged 16–30

Questions about identity, direction and belonging can be important during this stage of life. The program explores personal strengths, values, emotions and supportive relationships, without assuming that everyone follows the same path.

Individuals and groups

The learning approach is designed for individual reflection and facilitated group settings. You may be interested in exploring the program yourself, or enquiring on behalf of a community organisation or group. Contact us to discuss the intended setting and current delivery options.

You do not need to have all the answers

No prior experience of meditation or mindfulness is needed.

The focus is on noticing, learning and choosing a manageable next step. It is not an assessment of your mental health, and it does not require you to share personal experiences publicly.

Finding the right fit

If you are unsure whether the program fits your needs, ask us about its scope before taking part. It is non-clinical education, not a substitute for individual professional advice or care.
